Quick Overview

Asmoday Goetia Demon bath. We only use 100% pure roots, herbs and sometimes essential oils. No synthetics are used! These are only a small sample of the magick baths we carry, if you do not see what you need please inquire.Bath instructionsTo use any of our baths you simply add them to a pot of water, approximately 1 litre or so. Bring it to a boil, then after about one minute turn the heat down and simmer it for another 5-10 minutes. Next you can either strain it into your bathwater, or you can just pour everything into the bath water. If you do pour everything in, including the bits of herbs, just use either a strainer to get the chunks out after your bath, or one of those fish tank nets, or a bird catching net.It is best to take each bath each day for 3 days in a row. Be sure to dunk your head uner the water as well for 3 or 9 times. It is recommended that you sit in meditation and do not have contact with other people for at least half an hour to an hour after the bath.If however you do not have a bathtube, you would prepare the herbs as above, but then pour them into a bucket, which you fill with warm shower water (this step is very important for comfort level!) and pour over yourself slowly at the end of your bath. I prefer to brush off any chunky bits afterwards than shower them off.

32) ASMODAY.--The Thirty-second Spirit is Asmoday, or Asmodai. He is a Great King, Strong, and Powerful. He appeareth with Three Heads, whereof the first is like a Bull, the second like a Man, and the third like a Ram; he bath also the tail of a Serpent, and from his mouth issue Flames of Fire. His Feet are webbed like those of a Goose. He sitteth upon an Infernal Dragon, and beareth in his hand a Lance with a Banner. He is first and choicest under the Power of AMAYMON, he goeth before all other. When the Exorcist bath a mind to call him, let it be abroad, and let him stand on his feet all the time of action, with his Cap or Headdress off; for if it be on, AMAYMON will deceive him and call all his actions to be bewrayed. But as soon as the Exorcist seeth Asmoday in the shape aforesaid, he shall call him by his Name, saying: "Art thou Asmoday?" and he will not deny it, and by-and-by he will bow down unto the ground. He giveth the Ring of Virtues; he teacheth the Arts of Arithmetic, Astronomy, Geometry, and all handicrafts absolutely. He giveth true and full answers unto thy demands. He maketh one Invincible. XXXII. ASMODAY,* a strong and powerful king, appears with three heads, the first like a bull, the second like a man and the third like a ram. He has a serpent's tail, the webbed feet of a goose and he vomits fire. He rides an infernal dragon, carries lance and pennon and is the chief of the power of Amaymon. He must be invoked bareheaded,* for otherwise he will deceive. He gives the ring of virtues, teaches arithmetic, geomancy and all handicrafts, answers all questions, makes men invisible, indicates the places of concealed treasures and guards them, if within the dominion of Amaymon.

*A Called also Sydonay.
*And in a standing position (Wierus).

Athena
Admodai: It is true that Asmoday does preffer one to be standing, at least when you first call him. It is a matter of respect for him. Asmoday is a great help in matters of lust as well as matters of breaking up lovers. He can also be of great help if you are wanting to get someone to move out of your life. His seal must be used in each of these works. Asmodai is well known from history, taking over King Solomon's throne for a time, loving Sarah and killing all of her human husbands, as well as in the Persian lore being known as Aesthma Daeva. Asmoday is also by far the best Daemon to call if one is looking for sexual relations with the same sex. He appears the most strongly from all of the Daemons in my experience, can be a bit intimidating the first time that you call him. He also seems to take a little time to soften to the magician. Asmoday is definatly worth working with, once one gets used to him. Asmoday does not suffer lamers or the weak at all! He teaches many arts and sciences, is a destroyer and gives a "ring of virtues". Asmoday's favorite offerings are saffron and strong alcahol.
