I use this recipe: “Take one part of the best myrrh, half a part of cinnamon, one part of cassia, one part calamus, and a quarter of the combined total weight of good, fresh olive oil. Make these into an ointment or oil as is done by the chemists. Keep it in a clean container until you need it. Put the container together with the other accessories in the cupboard under the altar” No I do not cheat and use essential oils.
